RETURNS POLICY


The purpose of DIESEL SpA ("the Vendor") is to ensure the complete satisfaction of the Buyer's Products brand "DIESEL" and "DIESEL BLACK GOLD on the Site" Optional (hereinafter, defined respectively ("Buyer" and "Products") . If for some reason the Buyer is not satisfied by the purchased order ("Order"), may exercise his right to return, without penalty, within fifteen (15) days from the delivery date of the Products. The returned Products must be delivered to the carrier indicated by the Vendor within fifteen (15) days from the date of deliver of the Products covered by the Order. The Products may be returned by the Buyer by shipping through the courier indicated by the Vendor or through another shipping only after filling out the return form (according to the standard form under 'art. 49, para 4 of the Consumer Code), that the Buyer will find inside the parcel in which the Products ( "Return form") will be delivered.

Provisions on the right of return


The right to return Products shall be deemed correctly once the following conditions have been fully fulfilled:

a. the Return Form to the Vendor unequivocal statement of the Buyer's decision to terminate the Contract must be properly completed and submitted to the Vendor within fifteen (15) days from the delivery date of the Products;

b. Products should not be used, worn, washed, damaged in any way;

c. the identification tag must still be attached to Products, as well as attached;

d. returns items must be shipped back to the Vendor within fifteen (15) days from the delivery date of the Products.

In case of fulfillment of all the required conditions, in order to proceed to the return, the Vendor will fully refund the Buyer the price of the returned Products, remaining dependent on that only the actual cost of the return. "Expenses of return" means the costs incurred in returning to the Vendor of the Products purchased, unless the Vendor has expressly exempt the Buyer from the bear that cost at time of purchase and the further condition that the Buyer appoints a shipping agent indicated in the Return form. If the Buyer decides to use the courier indicated by the Vendor for the shipment of Products purchased the Buyer, however, will not be required in the first payment of the expenses of return, since the costs will be borne by the Vendor that will pay the service provided by the carrier, holding back from the refund due to the Buyer an amount equal to the cost previously incurred for delivery to the address of the latter of the Products subject of Order. It is understood that, in the event that the Buyer decides instead to use a carrier other than that indicated by the Vendor, the Buyer shall perform in person the full payment of the cost of the return.

The Buyer will be notified if the returned Products can not be accepted because they do not comply with the conditions set out in the previous paragraph. In this case, the Products will be returned. In the event that the Buyer refuse this shipment, the Vendor reserves the right to retain the Products and the amount corresponding to the purchase price of the same.

Refund time frame and procedure


After the Vendor has received the return and checked that all requirements to proceed in the same have been met, the Buyer will receive an e-mail confirming acceptance of the return, or, if occurs the existence of a decrease in value of the returned Products, will receive an e-mail in which will be communicated the amount deducted by way of refund curtailment. Whatever method of payment is used by the Buyer (for example: credit/ debit card or PayPal), the refund will be activated by the Vendor as soon as possible and, in any case, within fifteen (15) days from the date on which the refund will be accepted.

Actual timing for crediting the amounts due or, comunque for the return of the sums paid by the Buyer for the purchase of Products, depends on the method of payment used, as specified below:

purchase by credit/debit card: the repayment time depends on the management company of the credit / debit card, but usually occurs within fourteen (14) days.

purchase through PayPal: refunds will be credited to your PayPal account and will be immediately visible. The actual repayment on the credit card from your PayPal account depends on the institution that issued the card.

Product identification tag


All Products offered for sale by the Vendor come with an identification card, which is part of the Products. We invite you to try the Products without removing the tag, it will not be approved by the Vendor, the purpose of the return, the Products that have none.

Courier service


The Products subject to made can be shipped by the courier indicated by the Vendor, using the pre-printed label that Buyer will find inside the package and delivered containing the Products subject to order. This method will allow the Vendor to pay, on behalf of the Buyer, the shipping costs and to track the consignment in question, thus verifying at all times where the package containing the Products subject to order. The Buyer may contact UPS to organize the return of Products. If the Buyer decides to use, for the return of the Products, a different courier from the one indicated by the Vendor, will perform in person the payment of expenses made and will remain integral to its sole liability for loss or damage Products during transport.
